Our Story

We believe in empowering our patients to take control of their health and

well-being, and helping them to achieve a higher quality of life.

Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to each and every patient we see.

We offer a full range of services, from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management, and everything in between.

Meet Dr. Laine

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Science from Faulkner University, followed by my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2019. I began my career in outpatient orthopedics, where I developed a strong foundation in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Early on, I noticed a pattern—patients with chronic SI joint pain, low back pain, and sciatica who were not improving despite traditional treatment approaches.

That curiosity led me to discover the critical role of the pelvic floor in overall movement and stability. As I began treating the pelvic floor, I saw firsthand how addressing the true root cause could transform outcomes.

My passion for pelvic health deepened even further when I became a patient myself. That personal experience gave me a deeper understanding of the physical and emotional journey of healing, and it continues to shape the way I care for my patients today.

Since then, I have pursued extensive advanced training in pelvic health, including all three levels of pelvic floor credentialing, and I treat both women and men. My advanced training also includes treatment of chronic pelvic pain conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, and vaginismus. I am dry needling certified and incorporate a variety of evidence-based, hands-on techniques to support optimal recovery.

I hold my Certificate of Advanced Practitioner in Obstetrics (CAPP-OB)  through the American Physical Therapy Association Pelvic Health Academy, am a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and am trained in fitting pessaries as a conservative treatment option for pelvic organ prolapse.

I believe in treating the whole person, not just a diagnosis, and in creating a space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healing.

Outside the clinic, I live in Cloverdale in Montgomery, Alabama with my husband of 10 years and our son, Xander. My husband serves as a youth minister at our church, and together we are actively involved in serving our local community.

I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, traveling (especially out west or to Savannah (for its charm and Southern beauty), and staying active through running, weight lifting or playing in our local Go! kickball league. At home, you’ll usually find me caring for our free range chickens, tending to plants, or spending time with friends and family.
